Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When half the night or two-thirds of it has passed, Allah descends to the lowest heaven and says, 'Is there anyone asking, that he may be given? Is there anyone calling upon Me, that he may be answered? Is there anyone seeking forgiveness, that he may be forgiven?' This continues until the break of dawn."

عن أبي هريرة قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا مضى شطر الليل أو ثلثاه ينزل الله تبارك وتعالى إلى السماء الدنيا فيقول هل من سائل يعطى هل من داع يستجاب له هل من مستغفر يغفر له حتى ينفجر الصبح
