He informed him that while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was praying the night prayer, he said, "Allah hears the one who praises Him." Then, before prostrating, he said, "O Allah, deliver Ayyash bin Abu Rabia." Then he mentioned the same as the hadith of Uzai up to his saying, "like the years of Yusuf," and he did not mention what came after that.
و حدثني زهير بن حرب حدثنا حسين بن محمد حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى عن أبي سلمة أن
أخبره أن رسول الله ﷺ بينما هو يصلي العشاء إذ قال سمع الله لمن حمده ثم قال قبل أن يسجد اللهم نج عياش بن أبي ربيعة ثم ذكر بمثل حديث الأوزاعي إلى قوله كسني يوسف ولم يذكر ما بعده
