Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A servant remains in prayer as long as he is in his place of prayer awaiting the prayer, and the angels say, 'Allah, forgive him. Allah, have mercy on him,' until he leaves or breaks his ablution."I asked, "What does breaking ablution mean here?"He replied, "Passing wind silently or audibly."
