Abdullah bin Umar reported,

Whoever vows to offer a sacrificial camel should hang a pair of sandals around its neck, mark it by drawing blood, and then slaughter it near the House, or at Mina on the Day of Sacrifice. There is no release from the vow short of that. But whoever vows to offer an animal for slaughter, whether a camel or a cow, may slaughter it wherever he wishes.

وحدثني عن مالك، عن نافع: أن

عبد الله بن عمر قال

من نذر بدنة، فإنه يقلدها نعلين، ويشعرها، ثم ينحرها عند البيت، أو بمنى يوم النحر، ليس لها حل دون ذلك. ومن نذر جزورا من الإبل أو البقر، فلينحرها حيث شاء.
