The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Abdullah bin Huzafa out during the days at Mina to go about announcing, "These are days of eating, drinking, and remembrance of Allah."

أن رسول الله ﷺ بعث عبد الله بن حذافة أيام منى يطوف يقول إنما هي أيام أكل وشرب وذكر الله
