The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five creatures that a person may kill while in the sacred state of pilgrimage without incurring any blame, the scorpion, the mouse, the crow, the kite, and the biting dog."
و حدثني عن مالك عن عبد الله بن دينار
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خمس من الدواب من قتلهن وهو محرم فلا جناح عليه العقرب والفأرة والغراب والحدأة والكلب العقور
