Saeed bin Abdul-Rahman bin Ruqaysh reported,

I saw Anas bin Malik come to Quba. He relieved himself, then water was brought to him and he performed wudu. He washed his face and his arms up to the elbows, wiped his head, and wiped over his leather socks. Then he came to the masjid and prayed.

و حدثني عن مالك

عن سعيد بن عبد الرحمن بن رقيش أنه قال

رأيت أنس بن مالك أتى قبا فبال ثم أتي بوضوء فتوضأ فغسل وجهه ويديه إلى المرفقين ومسح برأسه ومسح على الخفين ثم جاء المسجد فصلى
