The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted Bilal bin Harith Muzani the mines of Qabaliyyah, which lie in the region of Fur. To this day nothing is taken from those mines except zakat.

أن رسول الله ﷺ قطع لبلال بن الحارث المزني معادن القبلية وهي من ناحية الفرع فتلك المعادن لا يؤخذ منها إلى اليوم إلا الزكاة
