The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No prophet falls ill without being given a choice."Aisha said, "Then I heard him saying, 'Allah, the highest company,' and I knew that he was departing."
وحدثني عن مالك، أنه بلغه: أن
قال رسول الله ﷺ: ما من نبي يمرض حتى يخير. قالت، فسمعته يقول اللهم الرفيق الأعلى فعرفت: أنه ذاهب.
