Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Breaking the bone of a dead Muslim is like breaking it while he is alive." She meant that the sin is the same.

وحدثني عن مالك، أنه بلغه: أن

عائشة زوج النبي ﷺ كانت تقول

كسر عظم المسلم ميتا ككسره وهو حي. تعني: في الإثم.
