Urwa bin Zubayr reported,

I have no wish to be buried at Baqi. Being buried anywhere else is dearer to me than being buried there, for whoever lies there is one of two men. Either he was a wrongdoer, and I would not care to be buried alongside him, or he was a righteous man, and I would not care to have his bones disturbed on my account.

و حدثني عن مالك

عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه أنه قال

ما أحب أن أدفن بالبقيع لأن أدفن بغيره أحب إلي من أن أدفن به إنما هو أحد رجلين إما ظالم فلا أحب أن أدفن معه وإما صالح فلا أحب أن تنبش لي عظامه
