She gave instructions that Saad bin Abu Waqqas be carried past her in the masjid when he died, so that she could pray for him. People objected to this, and Ayesha said, "How quickly people forget. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed over Suhayl bin Bayda nowhere but in the masjid."

أنها أمرت أن يمر عليها بسعد بن أبي وقاص في المسجد حين مات لتدعو له فأنكر ذلك الناس عليها فقالت عائشة ما أسرع الناس ما صلى رسول الله ﷺ على سهيل بن بيضاء إلا في المسجد
