Nafi reported,

I attended the Adha and Fitr prayers with Abu Hurairah. He pronounced seven takbirs in the first rakat before the recitation, and five takbirs in the last one before the recitation.

و حدثني عن مالك

عن نافع مولى عبد الله بن عمر أنه قال

شهدت الأضحى والفطر مع أبي هريرة فكبر في الركعة الأولى سبع تكبيرات قبل القراءة وفي الآخرة خمس تكبيرات قبل القراءة
