Ibn Shihab reported,

"Whoever catches one rakat of the Friday prayer should pray another one along with it."Ibn Shihab said, "This is the sunnah."

من أدرك من صلاة الجمعة ركعة فليصل إليها أخرى قال ابن شهاب وهي السنة
