Abdul-Rahman bin Aswad bin Abd Yaghuth, who used to sit with them regularly, had a white beard and white hair. One day he came out to them having dyed them both red.The people said to him, "This looks better."He replied, "My mother Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, sent her servant girl Nukhayla to me last night and made me swear that I would dye my hair.
