A man came to Abdullah bin Abbas and said to him, "I have an orphan in my care who owns camels. May I drink from the milk of his camels?"Ibn Abbas replied, "If you search out his strayed camels, treat the mangy ones with tar, keep their watering trough in repair, and give them their water on the day they come to drink, then drink, so long as you do no harm to the young and do not milk the animals dry."
و حدثني عن مالك عن يحيى بن سعيد أنه قال
جاء رجل إلى عبد الله بن عباس فقال له إن لي يتيما وله إبل أفأشرب من لبن إبله فقال له ابن عباس إن كنت تبغي ضالة إبله وتهنأ جرباها وتلط حوضها وتسقيها يوم وردها فاشرب غير مضر بنسل ولا ناهك في الحلب
