The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shut the door, tie up the waterskin, turn the vessel over, or cover the vessel, and put out the lamp, for Satan cannot open what is bolted, nor untie what is fastened, nor uncover a vessel. And the little mouse may set a household's house ablaze over them."
و حدثني عن مالك عن أبي الزبير المكي
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال أغلقوا الباب وأوكوا السقاء وأكفئوا الإناء أو خمروا الإناء وأطفئوا المصباح فإن الشيطان لا يفتح غلقا ولا يحل وكاء ولا يكشف إناء وإن الفويسقة تضرم على الناس بيتهم
