Anas bin Malik reported,

Abu Talha said to Umm Sulaym, "I have just heard the voice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sounding weak, and I could tell he was hungry. Do you have anything?"She said, "Yes."She brought out some barley loaves, took a head covering of hers, wrapped the bread in part of it, then slipped it under my arm and draped the rest of it over me. Then she sent me to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.Anas said, I took it and found the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sitting in the masjid with people around him. I stood before them, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Did Abu Talha send you?"I said, "Yes."He asked, "For a meal?"I said, "Yes."So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to those with him, "Get up."He set out, and I went ahead of them until I reached Abu Talha and told him.Abu Talha said, "Umm Sulaym, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has come with all these people, and we have nothing to feed them."She said, "Allah and His Messenger know best."So Abu Talha went out and met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came forward with Abu Talha beside him until the two of them entered. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Bring what you have, Umm Sulaym."She brought that bread, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered it to be crumbled, and Umm Sulaym squeezed out a skin of butter over it to season it. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said whatever Allah willed him to say, and then he said, "Let ten come in."Abu Talha admitted them, and they ate until they were full, and then went out. Then he said, "Let ten come in." He admitted them, and they ate until they were full, and then went out. Then he said, "Let ten come in." He admitted them, and they ate until they were full, and then went out. Then he said, "Let ten come in." He admitted them, and they ate until they were full, and then went out. Then he said, "Let ten come in," and so on until all the people had eaten and were full. They numbered seventy men, or eighty.
