The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two ways of wearing a garment and two kinds of transactions. He forbade the sale by touching and the sale by throwing, and he forbade a man to sit with his knees drawn up wrapped in a single garment with nothing covering his private parts, and he forbade a man to wrap himself in a single garment drawn over one of his sides.
و حدثني عن مالك عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن لبستين وعن بيعتين عن الملامسة وعن المنابذة وعن أن يحتبي الرجل في ثوب واحد ليس على فرجه منه شيء وعن أن يشتمل الرجل بالثوب الواحد على أحد شقيه
