Kaab Ahbar reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If you wish to know a servant's standing with his Lord, look at the good praise that follows him."

و حدثني عن مالك عن عمه أبي سهيل بن مالك عن أبيه

عن كعب الأحبار أنه قال

إذا أحببتم أن تعلموا ما للعبد عند ربه فانظروا ماذا يتبعه من حسن الثناء
