Yahya bin Saeed reported,

He heard Sulayman bin Yasar mention that a wound exposing the bone in the face carries the same compensation as such a wound in the head, unless it disfigures the face, in which case its compensation is increased by the difference between it and half the compensation for such a wound in the head, so that seventy-five dinars are due for it.

أنه سمع سليمان بن يسار يذكر أن الموضحة في الوجه مثل الموضحة في الرأس إلا أن تعيب الوجه فيزاد في عقلها ما بينها وبين عقل نصف الموضحة في الرأس فيكون فيها خمسة وسبعون دينارا
