He asked Abdullah bin Abbas about what is pressed from grapes.Ibn Abbas said, "A man gave the Messenger of Allah ﷺ a large skin of wine as a gift, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, 'Do you not know that Allah has forbidden it?'He said, 'No.'Then a man beside him whispered something to him, and the Prophet ﷺ asked him, 'What did you whisper to him?'He said, 'I told him to sell it.'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, 'The One who forbade drinking it has forbidden selling it.'So the man opened the two skins until everything in them had run out."
حدثني يحيى عن مالك عن زيد بن أسلم
أنه سأل عبد الله بن عباس عما يعصر من العنب فقال ابن عباس أهدى رجل لرسول الله ﷺ راوية خمر فقال له رسول الله ﷺ أما علمت أن الله حرمها قال لا فساره رجل إلى جنبه فقال له ﷺ بم ساررته فقال أمرته أن يبيعها فقال له رسول الله ﷺ إن الذي حرم شربها حرم بيعها ففتح الرجل المزادتين حتى ذهب ما فيهما
