A slave was placed in charge of the slaves belonging to the fifth set aside from the spoils, and he forced himself upon one of the slave girls among them and had intercourse with her. Umar bin Khattab had him flogged and banished him, but he did not flog the girl, because the man had forced her.

أن عبدا كان يقوم على رقيق الخمس وأنه استكره جارية من ذلك الرقيق فوقع بها فجلده عمر بن الخطاب ونفاه ولم يجلد الوليدة لأنه استكرهها
