Ibn Shihab reported,

I asked Saeed bin Musayab about Kira Ard in exchange for gold and silver, and he replied, "There is nothing wrong with it."

عن ابن شهاب أنه قال

سألت سعيد بن المسيب عن كراء الأرض بالذهب والورق فقال لا بأس به
