Saeed bin Musayab reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ conquered Khaybar, he said to the Jews of Khaybar, "I will let you remain here as long as Allah lets you remain, on the condition that the produce is shared between us and you."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to send Abdullah bin Rawaha, who would estimate the crop between himself and them, and then he would say, "If you wish, it is yours, and if you wish, it is mine." And they would take it.

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ليهود خيبر يوم افتتح خيبر أقركم فيها ما أقركم الله عز وجل على أن الثمر بيننا وبينكم قال فكان رسول الله ﷺ يبعث عبد الله بن رواحة فيخرص بينه وبينهم ثم يقول إن شئتم فلكم وإن شئتم فلي فكانوا يأخذونه
