The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When two people make a sale, each of them has the option to withdraw from the other as long as they have not parted, except in a sale in which the option has been stipulated."
حدثني يحيى عن مالك عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال المتبايعان كل واحد منهما بالخيار على صاحبه ما لم يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار
