Ayesha reported,

My uncle through nursing came asking permission to visit me, and I refused to admit him until I could ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came, I asked him about it, and he said, "He is indeed your uncle, so admit him."She said, "I said, Messenger of Allah, it was the woman who nursed me, not the man."He replied, "He is your uncle, so let him come in to you."Ayesha said that this was after the veil had been prescribed for us. And Ayesha said, "Nursing makes unlawful whatever birth makes unlawful."
