Abdullah bin Umar reported,

Every divorced woman is entitled to a parting gift, except the one who is divorced after a dowry has been fixed for her but she has not been touched. For her, half of what was fixed is enough.

لكل مطلقة متعة إلا التي تطلق وقد فرض لها صداق ولم تمسس فحسبها نصف ما فرض لها
