Saeed bin Musayab reported,

A bondwoman may not be taken in marriage alongside a free wife unless the free wife is willing. If the free wife consents, then two-thirds of the shared time belongs to her.

و حدثني عن مالك عن يحيى بن سعيد

عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه كان يقول

لا تنكح الأمة على الحرة إلا أن تشاء الحرة فإن طاعت الحرة فلها الثلثان من القسم
