Her father had given her in marriage while she was a woman previously married, and she was unhappy with it. So she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he annulled the marriage.
و حدثني عن مالك عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه عن عبد الرحمن ومجمع ابني يزيد بن جارية الأنصاري
أن أباها زوجها وهي ثيب فكرهت ذلك فأتت رسول الله ﷺ فرد نكاحه
