Two grandmothers came to Abu Bakr Siddiq, and he was about to assign the sixth to the one on the mother's side. A man from the Ansar said to him, "But you are passing over the very one from whom he would have inherited had she died while he was still alive."So Abu Bakr divided the sixth between the two of them.

أتت الجدتان إلى أبي بكر الصديق فأراد أن يجعل السدس للتي من قبل الأم فقال له رجل من الأنصار أما إنك تترك التي لو ماتت وهو حي كان إياها يرث فجعل أبو بكر السدس بينهما
