Its isnad is hasan. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Prayer, chapter "How does one leave the prayer?", 1041, from the hadith of Shubah, from Simak bin Harb, with this wording. Tirmidhi and Nawawi in Al-Majmu graded it hasan, while Ibn Abdul-Barr graded it sahih in Al-Istiab. See also hadith 809.
