Shuayb bin Muhammad reported,

Muawiya stood up to deliver a sermon and said, "Where are your scholars? Where are your scholars? I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The Hour will not come until a group of my ummah remains victorious over the people, unconcerned about those who fail them or those who support them.'"

قام معاوية خطيبا فقال أين علماؤكم أين علماؤكم سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا تقوم الساعة إلا وطائفة من أمتي ظاهرون على الناس لا يبالون من خذلهم ولا من نصرهم
