The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones, and not to tuck up my hair or clothing."Ibn Tawus said, "My father used to identify them as the two hands, the two knees, and the two feet, and he counted the forehead and the nose as one."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا سفيان عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ أمرت أن أسجد على سبع ولا أكف شعرا ولا ثوبا قال ابن طاوس فكان أبي يقول اليدين والركبتين والقدمين وكان يعد الجبهة والأنف واحدا
