I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raise his hands to the level of his shoulders when he began the prayer, when he bowed, and when he prostrated.
حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة وهشام بن عمار قالا حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش عن صالح بن كيسان عن عبد الرحمن الأعرج
رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يرفع يديه في الصلاة حذو منكبيه حين يفتتح الصلاة وحين يركع وحين يسجد
Its isnad is daif, see hadith 595 for its defect, and Busiri graded the chain as daif. The hadith has another route in Abu Dawud, hadith 738, and elsewhere, with different wording affirming the raising of the hands before and after the ruku, and its isnad is sahih. Ibn Khuzayma and others graded it sahih.
