The Prophet ﷺ said, "The Jews do not envy you for anything as much as they envy you for the greeting of peace and saying ameen."
حدثنا إسحق بن منصور أخبرنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث حدثنا حماد بن سلمة حدثنا سهيل بن أبي صالح عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ قال ما حسدتكم اليهود على شيء ما حسدتكم على السلام والتأمين
Sourced, its chain is sahih. Bukhari narrated it in Adab al-Mufrad, no. 988, from Ishaq through the same chain. Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, no. 1585, as did Munziri and Busiri. Haythami graded it hasan in Majma al-Zawaid, 2/113. Munziri said in Targhib, 1/396, no. 719, Tabarani narrated it in Awsat with a hasan chain, and its wording is, he said, "The Jews have grown weary of their religion, and they are an envious people, yet they have not envied the Muslims for anything better than three things, returning the greeting, straightening the rows, and their saying 'ameen' behind their imam in the obligatory prayer."
