The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the dawn prayer on Friday "Alif Lam Mim, the revelation" [Sajdah 32:1–2] and "Has there come upon man" [Insan 76:1].
حدثنا حرملة بن يحيى حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب أخبرني إبراهيم بن سعد عن أبيه عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يقرأ في صلاة الصبح يوم الجمعة الم تنزيل وهل أتى على الإنسان
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Friday Prayer, chapter on what is recited in the Fajr prayer on Friday, hadith no. 891, and Muslim in the Book of Friday Prayer, chapter on what is recited on Friday, hadith no. 880, from the hadith of Ibrahim, with this same chain.
