The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to give the second call in the dawn prayer and forbade me from giving it in the evening prayer.
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله الأسدي عن أبي إسرائيل عن الحكم عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى
أمرني رسول الله ﷺ أن أثوب في الفجر ونهاني أن أثوب في العشاء
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Tirmidhi narrated it in the Book of Prayer, chapter on what has been said about the tathwib in Fajr, and it is not established, hadith 198, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Abdullah Zubayri, with this wording, and he mentioned some words, and said, Abu Israil is considered strong by the scholars of hadith, and there is another flaw in it.
