The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the verse "and the recitation of dawn, indeed the recitation of dawn is witnessed" [Isra 17:78], "It is witnessed by the angels of the night and the angels of the day."
حدثنا عبيد بن أسباط بن محمد القرشي حدثنا أبي عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن عبد الله والأعمش عن أبي صالح
عن رسول الله ﷺ {وقرآن الفجر إن قرآن الفجر كان مشهودا} قال تشهده ملائكة الليل والنهار
[Sahih] Ahmad narrated it, 2/474, from Asbat through him, and Tirmidhi, no. 3135, from the hadith of Ubayd bin Asbat with his chain from Abu Hurairah , through him, and he said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, no. 1474, and Hakim, 1/210, 211, and Dhahabi. The hadith has corroborating narrations in Bukhari and others, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 3/53–54.
