Sahl bin Hunayf reported,

I used to suffer greatly from prostatic discharge, so I would bathe frequently because of it. I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it, and he said, "Performing ablution is sufficient for you in such a case."I asked, "Messenger of Allah, what about the discharge that gets on my garment?"He replied, "It is enough for you to take a handful of water and sprinkle it on the spot of your garment where you see that it has reached."
