During the year of the Conquest, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up to take a bath, and Fatimah screened him. Then he took his garment and wrapped himself in it.
حدثنا محمد بن رمح أنبأنا الليث بن سعد عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن سعيد بن أبي هند أن أبا مرة مولى عقيل حدثه أن
أنه لما كان عام الفتح قام رسول الله ﷺ إلى غسله فسترت عليه فاطمة ثم أخذ ثوبه فالتحف به
[Sahih] Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Ghusl, chapter "Covering oneself during ghusl in front of people," hadith no. 280, and others, and Muslim in the Book of Menstruation, chapter "The one performing ghusl covering himself with a garment or similar," hadith no. 336, from the hadith of Abu Mura, with this wording.
