The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Weeping will be sent upon the people of the Fire, and they will weep until their tears run out. Then they will weep blood until it forms furrows on their faces so deep that if ships were set upon them, they would sail."

قال رسول الله ﷺ يرسل البكاء على أهل النار فيبكون حتى ينقطع الدموع ثم يبكون الدم حتى يصير في وجوههم كهيئة الأخدود لو أرسلت فيها السفن لجرت

[Its chain of transmission is daif] see no. 178, 1080, for its two defects. Hakim narrated in 4/605 from the hadith of Abu Musa, as a raised report, that the people of Hell will weep until, if ships were floated on their tears, they would sail, and they will weep blood in place of tears. He graded it sahih, and Dhahabi agreed with him, and its chain is hasan.
