Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man from my nation will be summoned before all of creation on the Day of Resurrection. Ninety-nine scrolls will be unrolled for him, each scroll stretching as far as the eye can see. Then Allah will say, 'Do you deny any of this?'The man will reply, 'No, my Lord.'Allah will ask, 'Have My recording angels wronged you?'He will answer, 'No.'Then Allah will say, 'Do you have any good deed to your credit?'The man, overcome with awe, will reply, 'No.'Allah will say, 'Yes, you do have good deeds with Us, and no injustice will befall you this day.'Then a small card will be brought out, on which is written, 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.'The man will say, 'My Lord, what is this card compared to all these scrolls?'Allah will reply, 'You shall not be wronged.'The scrolls will be placed on one pan of the scale and the card on the other. The scrolls will be light, and the card will outweigh them all."Muhammad bin Yahya said, "The bitaqah is a small slip of paper. The people of Egypt call a small slip of paper a bitaqah."

عبد الله بن عمرو يقول

قال رسول الله ﷺ يصاح برجل من أمتي يوم القيامة على رءوس الخلائق فينشر له تسعة وتسعون سجلا كل سجل مد البصر ثم يقول الله عز وجل هل تنكر من هذا شيئا فيقول لا يا رب فيقول أظلمتك كتبتي الحافظون ثم يقول ألك عن ذلك حسنة فيهاب الرجل فيقول لا فيقول بلى إن لك عندنا حسنات وإنه لا ظلم عليك اليوم فتخرج له بطاقة فيها أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا عبده ورسوله قال فيقول يا رب ما هذه البطاقة مع هذه السجلات فيقول إنك لا تظلم فتوضع السجلات في كفة والبطاقة في كفة فطاشت السجلات وثقلت البطاقة قال محمد بن يحيى البطاقة الرقعة وأهل مصر يقولون للرقعة بطاقة
