The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no believing servant whose eyes shed tears out of fear of Allah, even if they are no larger than the head of a fly, and those tears touch any part of his face, except that Allah forbids the Fire from touching him."

[Its chain is daif]. It was reported by Tabarani (20/10, no. 9799), from the hadith of Hammad, and he is daif as stated in Taqrib and other sources, and it is on account of him that Busiri graded it daif.
