The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution washing each part once and said, "This is the ablution without which Allah does not accept any prayer."Then he performed ablution washing each part twice and said, "This is the measured ablution."Then he performed ablution washing each part three times and said, "This is the most complete ablution. It is my ablution and the ablution of Allah's intimate friend Ibrahim. Whoever performs ablution like this and then says upon finishing, 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger,' the eight gates of Paradise will be opened for him to enter through whichever he wishes."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن خلاد الباهلي حدثني مرحوم بن عبد العزيز العطار حدثني عبد الرحيم بن زيد العمي عن أبيه عن معاوية بن قرة
توضأ رسول الله ﷺ واحدة واحدة فقال هذا وضوء من لا يقبل الله منه صلاة إلا به ثم توضأ ثنتين ثنتين فقال هذا وضوء القدر من الوضوء وتوضأ ثلاثا ثلاثا وقال هذا أسبغ الوضوء وهو وضوئي ووضوء خليل الله إبراهيم ومن توضأ هكذا ثم قال عند فراغه أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله فتح له ثمانية أبواب الجنة يدخل من أيها شاء
[Its chain of transmission is very daif] Busiri said, "This chain contains Zayd Ammi, who is daif, and his son Abdul-Raheem, who is discarded, indeed a liar, and Muawiya bin Qurra never met Ibn Umar, as Ibn Abu Hatim stated in Al-Ilal, and Hakim made this explicit in Mustadrak. The hadith has other routes of transmission, but they are all daif."
