The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not come until the closest frontier outposts of the Muslims are at Bulaa." Then he ﷺ said, "Ali, Ali, Ali."Ali replied, "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you."He said, "You will fight the Banu al-Asfar, and those who come after you will fight them, until the elite of Islam march out against them, the people of the Hijaz who do not fear the blame of any blamer when it comes to Allah. They will conquer Constantinople with tasbih and takbir, seizing spoils the like of which they have never seized before, so that they will divide them out using shields as measures. Then someone will come and say, 'The Messiah has appeared in your lands.' But it will be a lie. The one who takes the spoils will regret it, and the one who leaves them will regret it."

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تقوم الساعة حتى تكون أدنى مسالح المسلمين ببولاء ثم قال ﷺ يا علي يا علي يا علي قال بأبي وأمي قال إنكم ستقاتلون بني الأصفر ويقاتلهم الذين من بعدكم حتى تخرج إليهم روقة الإسلام أهل الحجاز الذين لا يخافون في الله لومة لائم فيفتتحون القسطنطينية بالتسبيح والتكبير فيصيبون غنائم لم يصيبوا مثلها حتى يقتسموا بالأترسة ويأتي آت فيقول إن المسيح قد خرج في بلادكم ألا وهي كذبة فالآخذ نادم والتارك نادم

Its chain is very daif. Tabarani narrated it: 25/17, no. 9, from the hadith of Kathir with this wording, and Busiri deemed it daif because of him. See hadith no. 165 for his status.
