No one asked the Prophet ﷺ about the Dajjal more than I did. Ibn Numayr said, "More persistently than I did."He said to me, "What are you asking about him?"I replied, "They say that he will have food and drink with him."He said, "He is more insignificant to Allah than that."
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نمير وعلي بن محمد قالا حدثنا وكيع حدثنا إسمعيل بن أبي خالد عن قيس بن أبي حازم
ما سأل أحد النبي ﷺ عن الدجال أكثر مما سألته وقال ابن نمير أشد سؤالا مني فقال لي ما تسأل عنه قلت إنهم يقولون إن معه الطعام والشراب قال هو أهون على الله من ذلك
Bukhari reported it in the Book of Tribulations, chapter on the mention of Dajjal, hadith no. 7122, from the hadith of Ismail through this route, and Muslim in the Book of Tribulations, chapter on Dajjal being of least concern to Allah Mighty and Majestic, hadith no. 2939/115, from Ibn Numayr through this route.
