The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you sees a dream he dislikes, let him turn over, spit lightly to his left three times, ask Allah for its good, and seek refuge from its evil."
حدثنا علي بن محمد حدثنا وكيع عن العمري عن سعيد المقبري
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا رأى أحدكم رؤيا يكرهها فليتحول وليتفل عن يساره ثلاثا وليسأل الله من خيرها وليتعوذ من شرها
Sourcing, sahih. Busiri graded it daif because of Abdullah bin Umar Umari, but it has corroborating narrations, including the previous hadith.
