The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sees me in a dream has truly seen me, for Satan cannot take on my form."
حدثنا محمد بن رمح أنبأنا الليث بن سعد عن أبي الزبير
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال من رآني في المنام فقد رآني إنه لا ينبغي للشيطان أن يتمثل في صورتي
Muslim recorded it, in the Book of Dreams, in the chapter, "The saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him, 'Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me,'" hadith no. 12/2268, from Muhammad bin Rumh with this same chain.
