Ayesha reported that the Prophet ﷺ forbade men and women from entering bathhouses. Later he permitted men to enter them wearing waist-wraps, but he did not grant women that permission.

وكان قد أدرك النبي ﷺ عن عائشة أن النبي ﷺ نهى الرجال والنساء عن الحمامات ثم رخص للرجال أن يدخلوها في الميازر ولم يرخص للنساء
Sourcing, its isnad is hasan. Abu Dawud also narrated it, hadith 4009, from the hadith of Hammad, with the same chain. Tirmidhi said, hadith 2802, "We know it only through the hadith of Hammad bin Salama, and its isnad is not that firm." Abu Uzrah is hasan al-hadith according to the preferred view.
